They used to sell something like that up in New York, iggy. They called it what it did....Nose Better. I dunno why you cant find it anymore cuz that stuff WORKED!! It was a balm that you placed on the outer part of your nose....it kept it from getting chapped...plus it had this menthol smell to it that helped break up the crap much like Vicks can.
